Keeney is a seasoned consultant with 33 years of Federal Civilian Service in electronic warfare, space systems, and test range enhancements. He has a notable background in military systems, space technology, nuclear safety, and facility reviews, primarily working under contracts with entities like InDyne and the Department of Energy. Since retiring from the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate in 2016, he has continued to advance test range capabilities as an executive at Reliance Test & Technology. A veteran of both the Army and Navy, Mr. Rolfe has significant expertise in intelligence, information operations, and cyberspace operations, having contributed to the DOD’s Cyber Mission Force's initial setup. He continues to influence the cyber workforce as the president of the Association of U.S. Cyber Forces and provides consulting services in business and cyberspace operations. Tsairides has held leadership roles including business development director for KBR, pursuing opportunities with NASA, DoD, and other government agencies. Her career spans roles such as project manager, co-investigator, government relations representative, communications specialist, and adjunct professor, with a focus on promoting STEM education and careers in aeronautics, robotics, and astrobiology. At Lockheed Martin, she developed nationwide STEM programs in partnership with Yellowstone National Park and the Maine Space Grant Consortium, earning the prestigious “Top Flight” award.
